We refund any claim that arises out of plagiarized content. Please understand that refunds for plagiarism are only processed if the plagiarism percentage is above the allowed limit i.e. greater than 20%.
In case an assignment is not catered based on the initial requirements placed by the client, we will revise the content. However, if the client is not satisfied with the quality of work and the scope of work, the order is refundable. The client would need to provide detailed justification for the refund and our quality assurance team would assess the claims and proceed accordingly.
